One month of constant visits to the bird shop visiting with our Baby RB2, she has finally come home. Yesterday was a pretty eventful day for her, first car ride, meeting her bulldog brother and sister and finally moving into her new "mansion".

Her name is Mona Lisa "Mona". Our beautiful little baby has spent most of her first moments at home with her new best buddy Apple, one of our bulldogs. she has fit right into our little family and a joy to have.

Congratulations! What a precious pic of Mona and your bulldog! The one of her alone, she is such a little doll. :)

So cute and such a baby. A couple more moults will really intensify her pink and contrasting grey.

Beautiful! I love RB2's! I already told hubby that, although I'm perfectly content with my fids, if I ever come across a RB2, we WILL have a third bird..lol.;)

:52: Cutest baby ever! But I have a thing for pink and for fuzzies that look like they come from cartoons, so I'm biased. :D

Mona has been home for a week and everyday brings a new surprise! She is definitely a goof and full of life. She discovers new sounds daily and loves her bulldogs. She loves to hang out on couch and watch TV. Each day we are blessed with a least two outbursts of joy and it can be noisy, but not too crazy. We love her!

ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS TO GET HER TO EAT HER FRESH VEGGIES? What are some of the Favorites out there?

Sounds like she's fitting right in!!

Chili's favorites are sugar snap pea pods (<--ultimate favorite!!), broccoli, brussel sprouts, blackberries, strawberries, kiwi, and jalapeños.

I would feed them to her first thing in the morning, since that's usually when they're the hungriest- just be persistent, and try serving/cutting things different ways. Sometimes presentation is key lol

Trying to get chili to actually eat pellets was interesting, but in the end all it took was a shiny new SS bowl instead of her regular green ceramic crock -she LOVES the way they clink around in the SS bowl LOL
