So I had both my bird out, my little sun conure was on the computer desk while I was doing paperwork and my cockatoo was ontop of her cage... Or so I thought... I turn around for not even 5 minutes and I find her in the course cage playing with her toys...

Ha ha, classic case of cage envy! U2's can't stand thinking a flock mate has something they want, your U2 just took the opportunity to investigate while your back was turned.
I love that "The grass is always greener," or in this case "The toys in another cage are always better," is a universal mindset. It crosses species barriers. LOL
