Peanut is doing great!
She came through surgery fine and apparently was up and bouncing around as soon as she woke up. The doctor ended up doing the cloacapexy, "puckering" the vent, and he did the "hysterectomy" too. He said he thinks we have a pretty good shot of this working. There is a more radical version of the cloacapexy that he could do if absolutely needed. She is still there as he wanted to watch her for a couple days, and we will go get her tomorrow morning as long as she keeps doing as well as she is. We can't handle her for 2 weeks or let her out of her cage. Poor Pea has been through so much...I hope this is the end of the surgeries for her!!
