Something new with Justine

It has been a little bit since I posted. Last weekend something awesome happened when I was Omars bird with Justine. A customer was dropping off a Scarlet Mccaw for boarding. Well I hear it say "Hi!" loud. So I just randomly walk by the customer and chat it up with the owner. Well He asked his bird can you say hello? Within a second the bird chirped "Hi" very loud. Well about 5 seconds later Justine said hello in a low voice back.. Wow.. She is learning fast.. :red:

Smart bird! I wish our Tiki would pick up some words. It's OK if he never says anything, but I'd love to have him learn "hello" or something simple.

Since she is spending more time with my parents she is picking up the conversations for when my parents have their church friends over. I am trying to have my mom have justine in the cage for longer periods of time because if she is left in the came and she knows someone is home she will yell "hello" or what sounds like daddy or i love you alot. Sometimes when there are more people around she is quiet but sometimes she rambles for short bursts.
