Please take a moment and complete the Location part of your member information - Europe is fine, but something that at least allows another member to time zone locate.

Yup, see you're in Europe since your asking about breeding season in Europe. First, once a parrot is removed from their natural location in this huge World, their sense of season changes. Also, the affects of living with Humans changes their sense of season. Point being, your Cockatoo can begin Breeding Season earlier or later than another owner's parrot.

Speaking in general. Your Cockatoo is now in the North and therefore will adjust to the Sun's location and number of hours in a day as it passes from Spring to Winter. If you have just Imported this parrot you will likely have to allow your Cockatoo at least a couple of years to adapt to the 180 degree in Season Change.

Most all parrots located in the North will begin Breeding Season in Early to Mid-Winter and complete the Breeding Season at or just prior to the beginning of Spring. There will be shifts between different parrots depending on what affect the Human Life Style has on the amount and length of time there is light. Good Breeders will set their parrots to a natural day light schedule to maintain Breeding Season year to year.

Assuming that your Cockatoo is being held to a natural day light schedule, the December thru February is a proper time line. If your parrot is on a different schedule as a result of Human Lifestyle, there is little way to predict when it will start or end.
