Lately, when the Toos start to scream, I ask Alexa to play rainforest sounds. The birds immediately become calm and quiet. It has worked repeatedly. Try it.

Tried this last night and it worked. My wife was thrilled. Put the rainforest sounds on and she immediately stopped screeching. Left the sounds on for 20 minutes and she was silent the entire time. Turned off and after 15 minutes started screeching again. Put back on and she was silent. I guess they find the sounds soothing?

I don't have Alexa so I guess I need to find one of those meditation CDs that has rainforest sounds.
