This is our new 30x40 King Cage. I'd rather assemble Ikea stuff.

None of the birds freaked out about the new thing. Well, the quaker is the quaker, everything is a 5 alarm fire, but he's cool.

A white G2 in a white cage.

I just want to thank everyone for their advice on how to deal with the bird and the new cage. They were all in the room we out this together.

Spectacular cage, Bobby is gorgeous.

Cockatoos expect the royal treatment so of course he accepted his new cage. Quakers, on the other hand, as you said, expect every new thing is a parrot-eating monster and you have deliberately invited it in to destroy them. LOL

We were ready to re-home Bobby, after a second bite to my face I'd had enough. He had to go. My wife and were upset, her more than I. Rather than do that, we look at him and came to the conclusion, it's the bird, not us. So we got him this nice big cage. The cage he came with was too small. Add a few toys and it was over crowded.

So I still don't handle him like I used to, but it is hormonal season, but he does seem happier. His screaming fits, while still intense, seem less. Or we're getting used to them.

Thor the quaker is learning how to parrot from the other two birds, it's hilarious.
