Quick question of curiosity, what is the blue material at bottom of cage? Appears to be some on the playpen. (just a habit of noticing unfamiliar objects, hoping to learn or detect potential hazards)

Oh yes, we give her lots of toys, I like to keep a max of 3-4 in her cage and rotate every week. We hand make foraging toys and buy the cheap baby toys at the goodwill (after cleaning them and making sure the plastic is safe) she LOVES puzzle toys. As for the litter, its shredded paper with baking soda. I change it out every week and spot clean with a shopvac daily.

We recently went out and bought a fake little shopping cart of safe plastic food and cans and she just loves walking around with them in her hand/mouth. When I was at work her tantrum was throwing everything out of the cart.

She looks GREAT! Very youthful looking for her age (not that 8 is old LOL--but she looks so "new"<--in a good way) and good feathers. How much does she weigh? Do you know?

Sadly, no. The Aviary specialist in our town won't see anyone till June. I really want to get her tested for everything and eventually have a finger ring for ID. But she does feel at a healthy weight for her size and species.
And hmmmm maybe you've seen me. I live off of the 207 exit.

LOL that means nothing to me haha! So I am guessing not. I think maybe you look like someone I went to HS with or something .
