Hi all, I've been doing alot of nonstop research into pellets, diets and sunflowerless & peanutless seed mixes to make a mixture as nutritionally superior and recently came into this brand at our local farm store.

It consists of colored pellets. Anyone have any dirty or shine for this company?

I’ve been using pretty bird daily select medium pellets for something like 3-4 yrs now. The bloodwork on the macaw (on it 2 yrs) and the amazon (on it the full 3-4 yrs) came back fine. All my others are doing well on it too. I feed it to all of mine except the cockatiels. Pretty bird also has a natural colored pellet too.

Mine are currently on Mazuri Parrot Diet because my friend wanted to try it and we split a 25lb bag. They are doing just fine on that one too so far and it’s not colored.

RIP Gandalf and Big Bird, you are missed.
Unfamiliar, and ingredients typical for an extruded pellet. Thankfully no added sugar, though artificial colors are used. Coloring is debatable issue and some prefer to avoid. I used to feed Zupreem Fruit Blend and noticed many of the flock preferred specific colors, avoided others. You'll quickly determine whether there is waste as result. Some of the colors altered the hue of their droppings - not all my cockatoos were affected.
(think most of them hated the orange color!)
