Help needed

I have a problem with my CAG. I brought him home 2 weeks ago and so far he is doing well except he thinks that I am the only suitable playground for him. Whenever I am at home I let him be out of cage. He has a playground on top of his cage, he has a little portable stand with which I take him with me around the house, but he only wants to sit and play on me. I should mention that he has lots of toys each day a new one, but he won't play with it unless he is sitting on me.
I am glad that we have good bond, but on the other hand sometimes I need him to play by himself so I could do some homework.
What am I to do?

P/S We are going to build a new PVC playground for him but what if it won't work?

you need to put him on his stand and walk away. if he gets off put him back on there. if he gets off more then 3 times you can do a little timeout. there are so many things to can do. he has to know he dont have to be on you 24/7. try to keep him on one side of the room while you do your homework on the other side..if he yells for you dont go pick him up then he knows he will get his way

Ignore the yelling it will die down over time- no saying no or shush or shying or even an annoyed or sympathetic look. He becomes invisible when he yells practically. Many people give up on ignoring the yelling but it's because yelling will get worse before it gets better- he will try his hardest to get your attention when you ignore it but will eventually give up.

From tomorrow will try to do as you told me. I don't like the idea to live next 30 years or more with only one arm (one arm for homework and one arm for holding a grey lol)
