strange beak problem

I noticed the other day that my cag had a rub mark on her beak. And today when iwas looking at her i have noticed that the mark has got bigger and is like a brown colour, and is slightly indented. It is right in the middle of her beak right where she rubs it all the time. She seems healthy enough, eating and chatting away but she will not use her calcium block nor entertain cuttlefish. She eats lots of fruits and veges and a good parrot mix although she mostly eats the sunflower seeds. Anyone got any ideas or advice to give. Thanks


I will try and upload a photo tomoro. She is in her small cage at the mo as we in the caravan and so its a bit risky to get her out to take picture.
