This is Duck, a 30 year old TAG who belongs to a friend who is staying with me.

He is serious about night night! This will go on for hours if you dont cover him up. This was about 630 in the evening.

Oh how I remember that screech/whistle God awful sound....
My kids are bright eyed and bushy tailed if I happen to flip their light on (seldom.. But did at 9 pm tonight so I could grab a few things)..

The screech/whistle is the worst!!! He even starts talking night night and he gets the cage cover! Im trying my best to avoid it and make it obsolete. He practices it with his daily chat sessions between words, smoke alarm beeps and microwave beeps. He was quit the screamer till I realized he says "come here" once I responded to that now he says come here all day instead of screaming at me. Hes a closet talker though. Night night is the one thing he will say consistently whenever im in viewing range.

My CAG used to imitate all sorts of annoying sounds lol. Quite accurately too.
When he was in my bedroom and covered he used to quietly whisper in the morning once he knew I was awake. Sweetest things in the world. Wish I had videos.

Chiqui tells me HELLO when she would like me to get my butt over to her. Or hola if she thinks maybe I'm just not understanding. :)

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
Smokey,my TAG would say "good night" just about every night at the appropriate time <about 8pm>.

When I first got her,and my mom was still alive,I kept her <smokey, not my mom lol> in a spare bedroom and covered. One morning my mom went into the room to uncover her and bring her house into the living room.
As soon as her house was uncovered,Smokes would say to her, " HOW ARE YOU"??? That's what my mom would say to her when she uncovered her lol. I think those were just about the first words Smokey said.

One day mom said to me " I think Smokey is sick". I said why do you think that? She said "because she is coughing" Well,Smokes WAS coughing..in my MOMS voice!

Smokey would make the sound of the phone ringing..then it was "hello?ya ya..uh-huh...hahahaha! ok,good bye" in my moms voice.

Sighhhh...I miss Smokey..and my MOM! lol
