So Nigel is a week shy of 5 months old and we've begun training on a daily basis - not a set time just a way of life really. When i see an opportune moment, we work on potty training, perching on my knee, and now he has begun "shaking hands." Wow, it's so fun.

Here's a new picture of the prince royale as he basks in his glory over us his lowly subjects after a full morning of play, poo, eating and now rest...

I love when Perjo sits like that, she LOVES to sit like that on my shoulder and in two spots in her cage. I can tell when she is really content when she sits like that and does the beak grind or sits like that and goes through her vocal repertoire.

Nigel looks like a very happy and pleased feathered friend.
