I am amazed at how quickly Buzz picks up things, it's a bit scary so I've been working on not dropping "potty" words. My text notification sound on my phone is the Jetson's car taking off. This morning I was text talking, notifier kept going off, and now Buzz is making the sound of the Jetson's car taking off, LOL!!!!!

Great idea. They can quickly pick-up words that are wrapped with or in emotion(s) and, feed them back at us in context.

Yep! Smokes would often make the sound of the phone ringing, then answer it,in moms voice..it went something like this.."ringggg....ringggg.. Hello? Oh hi Louise <next door neighbor> uh-huh...uh-huh..<insert mom laughing> ok...see you soon..byeeee!>,then "click"...the sound of mom hanging up..it was hilarious :54: ;)

No secrets anymore in your homes...I had a friend years ago with a Grey had it for almost a year without him uttering a word and then one day her friend called ...well not really friend more like busybody neighbour and seeing her arrive as she glanced through the window she said; " O no not Annie again"...muttering to herself and half directed at Annie as she went to open the door she said; "go away ...go away please...not today just go away " then all smiles she opened the door to Annie and let her in.Annie stopped to say hello to the silent Abe who addresed her in these words clear as a Bell ; O no not Annie again...go away ...go away please...not today ...just go away" Luckily Annie believed that Abe just didnt like her hee hee :)

This coming Sunday we are having family over to celebrate Mothers and Fathers Day. A late Mothers Day celebration because our mother wasn't in town during Mothers Day. We will have about 20 people over and they will meet Buzz. One guest is a cousin that just sucks the life out of you. A conversation with her is she talking, you saying uh huh repeatedly. So Sunday will be very interesting to say the least and what comes out of it, lol!

Well Sunday with all our guests, Buzz was reserved but did throw out some whistles to everyone. He even took some nuts and treats from guests. The best was my brother trying to give him a pecan half but he was so nervous not wanting to get bit. Buzz did beautifully and took it gently, no bites.

And yesterday, Buzz started saying "meooooow", not mimicking a cat but saying it, lol! So we threw meows at each other. Oh and he's trying to mimic all of Buddy's whistles, lol. Buzz is quite the character.

They're so smart. I took Nigel's cage out for a cleaning (clean every day but it gets a good hose down every month) and he was a bit upset. Merrr, merrrr, merrrr he's saying on my shoulder. He's learning I don't negotiate about some things :)
