Guess who's in LOVE?

I am so excited! Beyond belief excited! Went back to work yesterday after 3 weeks off with Jasper. When I came home yesterday, he was excited to see me. I could tell he was really relaxed, didn't care that I moved around his cage to clean it out. Today, when he came out of his cage, he was moving closer to me and moving away whining like a puppy. He started to act like he was going to regurgitate, took him about 6 or 7 tries before he got stuff to come up. Still wouldn't step up. But kept coming to me and moving away whimpering like a puppy, tasting my fingers. Didn't bite me, just put all my fingers in his mouth. Let me pet him a few times. Finally stepped up but I had to put my hand behind him so he couldn't move too far away. He was beside himself with glee.

I hope it's love and not lust because he kinda gave it up a bit too easily. I am in it for the long haul. I've been with the same man since I was fifteen and that was a few decades ago. I'm still planning on taking it slow but wow, he's even sweeter than I thought he could be.

Sounds like progress to me. He took a little scratchie? Even when Salty is not 'in the mood' he cant resist a little scratch under his jaw, gets him to fluff up right away.

Sounds like love to me!! Timneh has ever tried to regurgitate anything for me. Just nips my ear if I'm too slow making her breakfast.
