Well I'm just this minute back from seeing the baby Greys, and guess what, yep I have another one.

Meet Kito

He was a real character, even at this young age but he gave me the sign that he had picked me. So that was it. He was the one who was the loudest and the one who tried to be so brave, he is also the youngest of the three that we saw. Isn't he just beautiful. I will be getting weekly pics of him and a progress report and as soon as he is on 3/2 feeds a day then I can go pick him up, so probably another 4 weeks. :( I paid my depostit so that one one else can get their hands on him. As soon as I get more pics I'll get them posted.

He is so cute! :D

It's a good thing you'll have about 4 weeks before you bring him home. Maybe by then you can get Bucc used to the idea. We'll have to start a countdown for you.

Thanks guys, Yeah I can hardly wait, I've even wondered if the lady who is feeding him now, can get down to 2 feeds a day by oh tomorrow :18: Yeah I doubt it too. Well a gal can dream can't she. I am definately on countdown mode.

I was showing Bucc the pics earlier on and his response was "ummmmm yum yum" I'm just hoping that he had spotted the veggies I was just about to get ready for him, :18:

Knowing the way our birds have gone (male & female each species,) then he will probably be a she. I have no plans to breed them, but neither did I plan to breed the tiels, they took that decision all by themselves. :D If they do then I'll definately send one your way.

Funny you should say that, thats just what hubby and kids said. "Another one who ranks higher than us" :18: They know their place in this household.

As long as they all know their places, the heirarchy in the Peta household will be undisturbed :D

Some of my toys came today for Kito, so now I have toys, cage, plastic tub (for Kito to go in until he is able to perch and climb properly) all I need now is MY BIRD. I want him home NOW. :(

Hopefully the rest of the toys including Buccs and the little fellas will be here tomorrow.

I know  I'd also promised my hubby that I wouldn't hassle her, but hey he was in bed (he works night shift tonight) and I only promised I wouldn't hassle her on that particular day (Monday evening.)

As soon as he is home there'll be loads of pics. Think thats what I'm missing as well, Louise did say she would send pics on a weekly basis, but who can wait that long. :D
