Will it be Mishka or Misha

Mishka had a veterinary appointment early this morning with Dr Paul Forsyth.
Her wings were clipped, nails filed and she was given a clean bill of health, Thank God. He handled Mishka so gently and professionally, she was chatting away to him, while she was being checked over.

We got chatting, always a pleasure listening to him, all his stories and experiences, having handles so many different types of birds, (not to mentioned the guardians !!!) LoL

He asked me if Mishka is a male or female, I said I have never had her dna.
He mentioned all the different ways...... what each one entailed etc

Guess what I had her dna........ Paul drew blood from Mishka's neck, with a needle. I stood by, holding her hand (she is human after all) He was so quick, Mishka was between saying words, and it was over.
Now I want to run a poll, just for the fun on it, something different and whoever wants to take part may do so.

I'm voting Mishka because a) it'll be awkward to find out she actually is a HE and b) I personally think the name Mishko is terrible lol sorry.

I just had a thought! One of the actors in my favourite programme Supernatural is called MISHA. Misha Collins.

Now, he's a gorgeous looking fellow.....

I have changed the name from Mishko to Misha.

I know who will be happy if it's a boy is Bogo1, her hubby's name is Misha.
If the result come back and Mishka is Misha, I must ask Barbara what is Misha's second name

Has anyone thought what I am going through right now LoL

And to make matters worse she/he is playing with my mind
Talking her usual self, and the next like a tenor saying MISHKAAAAAAAAAA

I wonder if things will change, would I then become her father, since she is a he, and I am the only "mother" here

Voted for Mishka. Needle in the neck is the usual way to draw blood from a bird. That is where the skilll of an avain vet comes into play. Quick and painless.

well i'm jumping on the bandwagon too! beau, mossy and willow are off for a check up and nail trim on monday, so as mishka is so brave, i've taken the plunge and getting them all dna sexed! x

YAY!!! Everyone is going to know the true sex of their babies! How EXCITING!!! It's just as if you waited 9 months to find out at birth what the sex of your CHILD is, instead of having a sonogram! LOL!!! I hope that you ALL get whatever you want, even though I knw that all of you could really careless, you just love your babies for who they are.
