Timneh was having fun on her little version of a merry go round. Timneh has been a handful lately. She likes the high spots and will decide she’s not going in her house when I’m running late for work. Velcro bird would be an understatement with my Tim Tim. Anybody else’s parrot figured out how to make you scream in pain withou drawing blood? Holy schnikes Timneh knows just where to grab on your knuckles. She knows she’s not suppose to but when it comes to something she wants she will let you know. I was putting dishes away turned my back and she went into the cupboard and threw a glass at me. I screamed like a little girl. As it made a huge racquet on the way down. I love my Timneh and we continue to learn about each other every day. She doesn’t seem interested in her toys lately hopefully I can find some stuff that interests her more. [ame="https://youtu.be/ftJ5It_MIlw"]May 30, 2018 - YouTube[/ame]

Timneh looks like she is having a blast!
I can't believe she is now throwing things at you, I am definitely not mentioning that to my guys, they would love that idea! Thankfully all I get hit with are raspberries at the moment.

I don’t think she was aiming at me per say she just loves throwing stuff on the ground. But the butt end of a heavy broken glass hit my foot hard enough to bruise thank god it wasn’t the jagged broken side. Got lucky on that one.

ooooof that makes my skin crawl

I've had enough pieces of broken glass lodge into my foot before, always fun. I would be very unimpressed with that, though seeing Timmeh playing on her merry go round I know I'd break instantly!

Timneh is such a diva! Has she been watching the Kardashians lately??!! :D:D

You've got a really lovable grey, a keeper. Yes, they know exactly where to bite/pinch to cause maximum pain/bleeding!

She sure is a keeper. I have to try and out smart her some times and it isn’t easy. Lol update the Timneh go round is closed due to vandalism from hormonal teenager. Is this safe do you think. She was trying to use her beak as a crow bar to pull the whole thing down and was chewing up the fan blades which I don’t think is made of anything good for birdies. Had to stand on a chair to get her down and she was starting to get angry with me. Mine Mine Mine!!! She also had a couple bangs getting up there. One of the times she even said OWww.

Your right, the blades are either a compressed epoxy chipped wood base with either a painted or laminate patterned surface or high-pressure plastic injection molded using white plastic. With the exception of the expensive solid wood types, the other two tend to sloop over time.

With the exception of the expensive solid wood types, the others are not really chew friendly. Most dangerous issue is 'likely' sharp edged of Beak chipped surfaces.
