Timneh and I in our nightly snuggle time. Sheā€™s so soft. At night Timneh turns into a little snuggle bug. I love my little grey baby.

Tell Timneh I'm completely jealous of her snugliness. What a sweetheart!

Awww, love this šŸ’•
Levi and I have been snuggling every night before bed since he was a little one. He used to snuggle in my neck, but he hasnā€™t done that in a long time. But, we snuggle nonetheless. šŸ˜Š

Thanks for sharing. šŸ–¤

Birdie is a t-shirt diver. She dives into our t-shirts and snuggles A LOT!

Kiwi likes to go inside sweatshirts or under the blankets on especially cold days. Snuggles and petting him while under the shirt or blanket is never welcome, however.

Rare is the Grey who genuinely enjoys snuggling! Bill and Tami are especially fortunate!!

The snuggles were definitely an unexpected treat. With as hands off as she was when I first met her. We will see if she still enjoys it as she gets older. Right now snuggles are mandatory before bedtime. I usually hold her to my chest and rock back and forth. She is funny sheā€™ll grab my finger and try to pull it up over her head.

Timneh used to chew holes in my t shirts and poke her head in the hole. However I didnā€™t like the feel of her beak racking across my skin so she stopped. She stopped popping holes in my shirts almost completely actually. I seriously think she knew it bothered me. Not so much the holes in the shirts cause I have a bunch just for her but not the beak racking on the skin. Amazing how you get to know each other.

I wish Enzo would stop chewing holes in my shirts and hoodies. Ive stopped wearing my new clothes in the house for this very reason. It only takes a second and pop, another hole on my shoulder.

I love how parrots get all cuddly and snuggly towards bedtime! I take full advantage of this with my Senegal every night.

What a sweetie your Timneh is! My mom's CAG has never liked cuddles, but I used to kind of "force" them when I was a kid and still living with him, lol. He'd see me coming close to his bedtime and get this look like "Oh, here we go again" lol. He is a very tolerant CAG, I must say. But your Timneh seems to be enjoying the snuggles!

HAHA shirt popping is what I call it also. Timneh seems to notice for the most part which shirts have a ton of holes and which ones don't. She really loves to snuggle at night, demands it or she won't go to easily. she loves the feel of things running ovedr her head like my finger or arm.

I feel fortunate as all my birds like to have snuggles and cuddle, even big old Finley likes to cuddle up most days. None of them have ever made 1 single hole in any peice of clothing I own (maybe they know I'm really into fashion because they sit with me as I watch the runways shows). I actually take turns throughout the day to cuddle them, one comes for a 15 min or so cuddle and then I get another one and so fourth and so on and what have you. My dayz.

This is what Timneh would do to a shirt in the early days. Now itā€™s just the occasional hole. Pretty soon they will help
You pick out your wardrobe. Lol Finley can go to the store and help pick stuff out.

Okay so funny you should say that because we have 2 walk in closets in our bedroom and I have a spot for each bird to hang out in there while I pick out my outfits. I talk to them the whole time and I let Finley play in my sock drawer. My birds are potty trained and sometimes (rarely) have an accident but not ever in my closet! It's like they know....to be fair I give them opportunity to use the potty before and after we're in there. I have a cushion for Ollie with a toy I made hanging down, I put Fin either on the laundry hamper with a toy on it or my socks drawer and Paris gets to sit on my husband's work shirts up high. I should take a video of it!

THats awesome. Timneh also likes to hang out on hampers. She isnā€™t potty trained but she knows the command to go potty. So as long as I remember to bring her back to her papers we are good. But if I donā€™t she will just go potty wherever. She has a bad habit of flying to me and then going potty lol. I get nervous fully potty training her she already wonā€™t go potty in her house. Her own decision I think but I also think it had something to do with my dogs being let out back to go potty.

I love it!!! I love Greys....I really wanted one....instead, I got the opposite; a re-homed U2 (who is equally lovable for very different reasons lol). My personality is more like a Grey but I love her to death so I am not complaining.
