Spaghetti, with light marinara sauce. A friend feeds some to his Fids for years and thy love it. Gave Perjo just a little the other day and she gobbled it up instantly. I give her uncooked whole wheat pasta elbows as treats a lot. Not sure if she likes them because they crunch or because they taste good.

Birds love pasta, many whole grain and vegetable infused varieties are available. Haven't tried feeding uncooked, though!

All are rescues- had to leave their previous homes for 'reasons', are still in contact with them :)
If Scott is coming over with the cheese, let me know what else to bring (side salade? Parrotproof of course) and set an extra plate. That sounds great!

Nice :smile049: Levi LOVES pasta. I buy him the Veggie versions. He'd eat pasta all day everyday if I allowed it.
I've never given him any w/ pasta sauce though .... hmm My sauce always has tons of garlic in it.
I cook with a lot of garlic, so I always make a separate little portion for Levi without the toxic foods. (garlic, scallions, leeks, mushrooms, onions, avocado etc....) You get the picture.
I'm going to do the same next time I make pasta sauce.

My CAG and my Amazon love pasta, cooked or uncooked. My quakers like cooked veggie pasta. A little bird friendly red sauce makes it that much more appealing but they only get a tiny bit, too much and they will decorate with it.
Maybe I should invent some pasta sauces that match popular wall paint colors. Ceilings, too. Why stop there? Drapes, furniture fabrics. Rugs.

Yep Enzo loves her carbs too, pasta, rice, noodles and potato (mashed through to roasted, it doesnt matter!). Also, ive never tried uncooked though. For pasta I make some for her without garlic or onions just with a little tomato sauce.
