Dear members!
most of you have been following my post on the Yellow Indian ring necks who passed away soon after i got them from a parrot shop that gave me already infected chicks.
After that, we as a family really wanted a parrot as we were missing those babies alot.
We were looking for an african grey who was fully weaned and finally we did get one. She is almost 4-5 months old and its been 2 days that she is with us and the joy she has brought to us is amazing!
I want guidance with food please.
right now, she is eating the following:-
boiled carrots,
green fresh beans - not a favourite,
strawberries- her big time favourite!
apples
guava
We also have a mix by the company KAYTEE-from which is always picks up the peanuts only.
what else should i feed her?
is it okay to feed them boiled eggs? i have not done that as yet. the person i got her from was feeding her apples and guava and nuts mix.
