I have a 4 month old african grey. I want to know how often she should be eating? its been 5 days since I have had her :) and she is doing very well by the grace of The Almighty God!

in the morning when she wakes up, i offer her the following:-
a mix plate of orange, guava & strawberry with spinach leaves.

between morning and afternoon, there is a snack of apples, and boiled carrots.

for the afternoon meal, she is offered green beans boiled and guava or apple.

the snack between lunch and dinner is again a mixed plate.

i always keep a mix of nuts in her cage and whenever i see her, she has only eaten the peanuts from it!

at night, the previous owner would give her baby formula 40cc via syringe feeding.

i need advise on a schedule of feed or is this alright?

I would remove the nuts from her cage as too many nuts can lead to cholesterol problems. Also peanuts aren't true nuts and can harbor a mold that is very dangerous so I would halt feeding those. In place of the nuts I would recommend a healthy pellet like TOPs or Harrisons. Or you could find freeze dried fruit/veggies to offer. Christine's chop shop is a great source for those.

As for the schedule itself your bird will tell you what's best. Is she scarfing down the food whenever you feed her? Maybe offer more food in one meal or add another meal in somewhere. If she's taking her time and picking at it she's probably fine.
