Name Change

I decided last night to change Jade's name. He just does not respond to it at all and it does not seem to flow for me. He makes such cute little sounds I found myself calling him Cricket. That will be his name from now on. He gives me that big eyed conure look when I say the name to him.

Re: Name Change

Yes his flying liscense says Cricket now even though we tried to ground him by clipping wings X2.

Re: Name Change

My bird responds better to "Birdie" than "Loco", I end up calling him Birdie more often, frustrating haha!

Re: Name Change

My cinnamon green cheek is named Cricket. He made that cricket sound when I got him at 14 days old. On the way home I kept thinking I was hearing a cricket in my car so he's been cricket every since. I think the name is cute and very fitting for a green cheek.
