Biting - What should I expect?

Midori - Cinnamon GCC
I'm just at the start of this whole bird thing, so please bare with me if I ask a lot of beginner questions. :) I do search before asking, but it always seems like nothing quite answers exactly what I want to ask.

It seems like our bonding is coming right along, and she's doing a good job of teaching me how to behave... lol... :< Like when I forget that 8pm = ASLEEP and try to interact with her and she cusses me out from her bed, leaving me utterly baffled for a good 20 minutes until I realize the time. Cough.

She's been asking to come out a lot, though, and I made her a whole safe play area next to my computer full of things to break and next to a window so she can stand there and watch the dogs play and the outside birds in the tree that shades that window.
It looks like I'm keeping a pet hole-puncher, with all of the little beak-sized bits of paper there, LOL.
She takes breaks from playing and comes over to see me, and I preen her face and talk to her and she mutters back to me unintelligibly, lol.

The last few days, however, she's started to test her limits with her beak on my skin. She hasn't drawn blood, but it's definitely hurt. I let her do it as long as it's an acceptable pressure to me, and when she's too hard about it I tell her no and put her on the floor, which makes her cluck and try to get back up to me. I ignore her for a couple seconds, then I let her back up, and she's good for a little while. Rinse, repeat..

So my question is... what should my expectations be, here?

Should I expect that once she's older and with more bonding and training, she won't bite anymore, or should I always expect that if she's upset with me or bored with me or wants something, I'll get bitten?

Should I disallow all mouthing, or am I right to feel like that's a method of expression she should be able to have as long as it's not hurting anyone?

I'm thinking of Midori for her name, per friend suggestions. Still pondering, though. :)

I wouldn't allow her to mouth on fingers. She is probably testing her limits, but since I think all GGC are the devil, (I had 4 attack me daily, and stalk me when I worked at a pet store, long story) smart little parrots, that will do whatever you let them get away with. :) Good luck!
