- 4 Cockatiels 2 males Chicken Little & Charlie, 2 Females Chiquita and Sweet pea. Yellow Sided Green Cheek Conure -Franklin and our now tame, rescued feral Pigeon - Belle.
5 days ago we bought our First Green Cheek Conure, well I guess he's a Yellow Sided Green Cheek. His name is Franklin, hatched March 15th.
WE LOVE HIM! He's so fabulous! I took these pictures of him with my Sons, he was just having a blast.
He loves to snuggle and cuddle, he loves tunnels and burrowing in the blankets and when my boys are laying down, he loves running up their shirts and out through the neck hole! It's a total game for him.
Such a character!
He took NO time at all to adjust, he's very VERY social.
I'm told from a friend of mine who has a conure..."just wait" he'll become a turd...I just don't see it, but I realize he's just a baby and will become the dreaded "teenager."
Anyway, enough of my rambling, on to the pictures! Oh, and cause I didn't want them left out, a photo of our Tiel's...Chiquita and Chicken Little
