Okay I have had my new Sun Conure Nacho for one week. He is an amazingly friendly bird and loves everyone. Everything has gone very smoothly in his transition, nothing seems to bother him.
Now we get to the problem .......yesterday and today he has been trying to mate with me....either on my hand or on my shoulder ....I thought at first he was just fluffing up and quivering because he does that when he is glad to see everyone. No he was definitely trying to do the "naughty" on my shoulder last night and then today on my hand where he was perching.
I put him in his cage...........any suggestions as to how others handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. He is 1 1/2 yrs old.
