Wife has 1 Sun Conure
Just wanted to give an update to Sun Drop. She is back 100% after the dog attack! However we have a bit of a scare this past Monday when we went to pick her up from the breeder/boarder. (We went on a week long vacation to Canada.) Someone the night before broke in and stole allot of cages and birds. They even stole her cage and for a bit thought they had taken her as well.

Here is the story if anyone is interested.

Also here is a pic of her enjoying her afternoon tortilla chip! All of her back feathers have started to come back in now.

Oh my god, that's so horrible. I'm so glad she's safe with you! I doubt the stolen birds are faring so well. And the poor man's old bird. How cruel people can be. I hope they reunite people with their pets.

First and foremost I'm so glad she's home safe and sound and doing well!! She had a lot of us shook up after the dog attack! What a brave lil girl!

Holy crap! I'm so glad that the wasn't stolen but also so sad others were. Thatsjust devastating!! I hope they find who did it soon and get the remaining birds back to where they belong! People are sp heartless. They've got to be so scared. :(

Good grief, you've had enough drama to last a while! Glad she's OK and still with you!

I'm glad she's okay and back at home. I really am shocked by some people... It's 1 thing to break in and steal, but how could a person carelessly knock over and toss cages about with birds in them like they were trash? All I can say is KARMA... you know the rest
