I've been meticulously thinking about what conures I plan on getting..
My limit is six conures, I currently have a yellow sided gcc, pineapple or cinnamon gcc, and a normal gcc..
I know I want a painted conure, pearly conure, and turquoise conures.
I also know that I want a dusky conure.
I'm at the point that my next conure purchases have to be well thought out, or i'll end up with too many!
I fell in love with a dusky a few months ago, and now i've fallen in love with another dusky.
I had my normal green cheek with me and they were talking to each other through the glass. It was so cute. First the dusky was all calm, docile, and sad looking.. then he saw my conure and they were so interested in each other, I've never seen my conure interested in other birds! hes always been a people-bird which can get very annoying when I'm trying to do things and hes screaming for me.
I'm 100% positive I found the perfect breeder. She has pineapple turquoise gcc, and regular turquoise gcc.. and I want the dusky!
but I also want a painted conure and a pearly.. maybe even a black capped..
but I want the painted, pearly, and black capped as a breeding colony.
I also want a breeding pair of turquoise.
Impulsive and irresponsible of me, I know.. but I take great care of my birds.
