eye problem please help me...

pair of sun conure, pair of blue nape parrot, pair of cockatiel
one eye of my month old sun conure is not fully opening and the other eye is fully open, what is the problem and what to do with it to help my conure?

2 Budgies, 3 Cockatiels, 6 GCC'S, 2 Crimson Bellie Conures, 9 Sun Conures, 2 Major Mitchells, 12 Eclectus parrots of various ages, 2 BF Amazons, 2 Hahn's Macaw's, 1 Red Tail Black Too
You are best to take him to the Vet to have it checked. Possibly a scratch & if not seen to could turn into an ulcer. Will probably need antibiotic eye drops.

Pedro is right,
I just had this happen, it was a scratch and vet assistance was needed.
The good news is they eye is almost completely better and as the first night it was good.
