I have a Sunday Conure named Baby and a Parakeet named Poptart.
Baby STILL will not touch the human food we give her. I have tried various fruits, and Veggies. She wont touch them. Wont touch juice ether (sugested by one person. I am at a loss of what to do!

You could try a sprouted seed mix. I don't think any parrot would turn their nose up at that. You can also add some chopped human foods to it. Chopped in small cubes usually work well.

Are you giving big pieces of fruits & vegs? Often our birds don't realize that the chunks of things we give them are food. Try cutting them into thin slivers, or little cubes, or other small pieces. Also, a lot of us feed "chop". That's various fruits & vegs chopped together into a mix of tiny pieces. Or try mashing everything together. Remember, their taste buds are different than ours. So, it might not sound appetizing to us, but tastes great to them. Mixing fruits & vegs together adds the sweetness of fruit to the not as sweet vegetables. Also, try dehydrated vegetables, sprouts, and cooked vegetables.

You can try babyfood too, or applesauce.

A health food store might carry a kit for sprouting your own seeds, or at least the seeds to sprout.

I think there was something As-seen-on-tv not too long ago about a little mini garden thing that included something for growing wheat grass (as well I think as cherry tomatos and little plants like that.)

I'd keep trying. Tich LOVED sweetcorn about a month ago and now he won't touch it, but he likes other things now.
Try cutting them up into small pieces also. Tich won't touch carrots unless it's grated, for example.
You can also try hiding them in his/her cage, mixing them into their seed/pellet food.

I've heard in the past that people's conures won't touch certain fruit or veg, but they kept trying and one day their conure just started to eat them.

Our Quaker doesn't like anything mushy. Have you tried dehydrated peas or dehydrated fruit? I buy small bays of these at the health food store and I offer these when she is in a "mood" about eating other fresh food. Our bird wouldn't try anything when we first got her and she was afraid of many foods. I show her how yummy food is by eating it in front of her and then offering her a piece. This works pretty well--with exception of mushy stuff. Have you tried chicken? Pasta with cheese? Perhaps it will start eating human food after you find a few things that it likes.
