What the heck?!

Ok so I bought Cooper 2 Snuggle Sacks one for her main cage and the second one for her travel cage. Well for some reason Cooper HATES I mean HATES them. She will not go near them! I have tried and tried different methods to get her to at least look at them. But she flies away every time like they are going to attack her! I think she is afraid of the dark. Is anyone else have a flock member afraid of the dark? How do I get her to at least think about going near them? Or is my Cooper just picky? Thanks in advance for the advice! :greenyellow:

Mine was a little scared of them at first too. I have the happy hut (not sure if its the same as what you have) but I stuck my fingers through one end and he got interested and went right in. Now he sleeps in it every night

You could try folding it up and hold it in your hand, like you were holding an ice cream cone (that position). Leave a little sticking out and see if you can get him used to it .

Pritti is usually very apprehensive about new things in his places, taking days or even a few weeks to warm up and approach them. But he'll usually visit a new thing if I touch it and rub my finger on it and coax him over with nice soft comfy words. Most times he'll leave it fast as soon as I do. But he LOVES his snuggly buddies; sleeps next to them.

A lot of people reported issues with the Happy Hut and some birds even strangle themselves to death from loose strings....There's been several postings here on the forum, one member posted it not long ago, he came home to his Sun Conure strangled to death....

Tony has a little sleeping tent not really sure what they call it. Him being the little turd that he is. He sleeps on top of it instead of inside of it. He likes to run through it as a game but will not sleep in it. lol

Louis was like "that the hell is that?" but i did like nicolee003 and then I gave him a lot of treats. After that - no problem with a happy hut
