1 normal grey cockatiel, 1 green cheek conure
I was doing some cleaning before. In between cleaning tasks I would stop and do some things with Bandit and reward him with millet when he did good.

I rewarded him for something, praised him and went about my business when he started making a really odd sound. I'd never heard it before and it's kind of hard to explain. So I went over to see what was up and there he was moving around the base of his cage with his head/neck cocked to the side, with his wings just raised from his body (heart wings as my Cockatiel does), making this strange sound. Then he started climbing up the cage bars while doing the wings and the sound.

He's acting completely normal now. It was so random and bizarre. Any ideas?

Neither of my conures ever did this. My first thought is that he might have been afraid of something above him so he got down low.
