Has anyone had any experience with them? They look so awesome but you never see many of them for sale.

I have two, and I LOVE them! They are comical, fun loving conures, but they do nip like most conures do. They key is to avoid those situations when they're most likely to nip. Usually my conures let me know beforehand.
My duskies know tricks, and can say a few words. They make me smile every single day. I love my babies!

I love my Blue Crown as well. What you said reminds me of my conure! I've been debating on adding another conure eventually. Not sure of what I wanted to get but Dusky Conures looked pretty cool so I thought I'd do some research and ask others who actually own them. Thanks for the reply!

I really wanted one and saw one on craigslist which is rare on this area. But the person who had promised the bird to me sold it to someone else and instead tried to sell me all sorts of other parrots, gcc, nandays, even amazons and a eclectus! I guess he was a bird broker or just a really sketchy breeder 
But anyways I personally would love to have one, but the cost of shipping is too much for me, plus I'm looking to adopt a slightly older bird and no one in my area seems to have duskies.
