Lukah- Sun Conure, 10 months old!
Lukah makes the cutest noises ever when he's eating something he loves. He will get an almond out of his foraging toy and will just sit there almost purring as he nibbles on it. So cute! And he makes another little chirp that almost sounds like a "ribbet!" Adorable! :) And who can get over those cute little conure laughs!!

What lovable little noises does your flock make? If anyone has videos of cute little mumbles and noises I'd love to see them or hear about them!

Aww that sounds really cute. Charlie makes this really quiet, high pitch squeal when she is eating things like peanuts. If you've ever heard a Red Tailed Black Cockatoo Call, than its like a really slow-mo quiet version of that.

Rory ~ A male turquoise green cheek conure ~ Hatched 02-12-2013
Rory makes like a grunt/purr sound when he's eating too!!! It cracks me up. He also has learned to mimic the dog squeaky toy sound and that always cracks me up. I just love every little sound he makes!!!!

I love the cute sounds parrots make. My lory will laugh when something funny is said or if she hears someone laughing. Her laugh, of course, makes us laugh more!

She really enjoys her food, saying "yum-yum!" and making lip smacking noises as she eats.

When she's hanging out with my husband in the evening and he falls asleep watching tv, she will imitate his deep breathing, which then wakes him up, lol.

I barely finish a sneeze and she yells "Bless You!!"

Kiwi Stardust - a green cheek conure
That is so cute!!!!!! I love the sounds they make!! (and I don't love some of the other sounds they make 0.0 ). My favorite is kiwi's purr...she sounds like a cat. She does this when we are preening each other *love*

I am new to "parrots" and its really interesting. Just like dogs and cats if you listen and pay attention you can get an idea of what they are trying to communicate. When ever I enter or leave the room Pepi makes a scream. I can only guess its hello or dont go. My wife even noticed it today, he was quiet til he saw me. If I talk to him quietly he gets real quiet and makes soft chirps. Today was the 1st time he took a bath. Was interesting as I gave him water from the cooler. So it was cold. He had water all over him and all over the kitchen. I should note he's 5 week old and I was wondering why he did not appear to be interested in a bath. Well its taken care of now lol.

Jacob a sun conure who found me!
Jacob knows how to say his name... adn whenever I eat something he will run over and say Jacob hoping to get a piece.. (since I always reward him forit) and he will play with his toys in the morning before I get up and uncover him, and he has learned togiggle sohe sits there ring the bell on whatever toy and giggles..
Now he does it in his sleep too..

When I'm at the computer Oliver runs under the keyboard cubby thing. It's his little cave. He just grumbles, whistles and squawks quietly under there, it's adorable :3

He also says something that sounds like SOFIAA when I've left the room but I'm not really sure. And he makes little clucking noises and kiss noises. And he says something that sounds like 'sweetheart'

Jayde is the same as Lukah! I've never had a bird before that happily mumbled and purred away while eating something they love! Charlie kind of squawks, but doesn't do any of the noises that Jayde does.

I do have some videos, although granted, the videos are dark so you really can't see anything! Jayde also has a fear of electronics, so it's harder to catch her doing something really cute!

Oh gosh. Had to share- Lukah has this giant blue bell that's a little bit bigger than his head and the other morning as my roommate and I were sitting eating breakfast he just starts laughing his head off and I look over and he's got his head completely inside the bell and is just laughing his *** off! Well then of course we start laughing and he takes his head out and stares at us like "Hey! Who you laughing at!" and then as soon as we stop he starts doing it again! So funny!

My skittles also purrs while he eats his food! And his little froggy noises melt my heart.

The other day when my brother came in the door he screamed what sounded like HI!!! and I think he frightened himself not expecting to be that loud and started grumbling and pacing on his perch until my brother took him out.

I love all the little sounds, even the one Skittles makes when he fluffs up trying to bite my toes...

One of my favorites from Robin is the "coach whistle". You know one of those small round metal whistles coaches use? Except thankfully it's much softer in volume... It's almost whispered which makes it SO adorable. I have no idea where he picked it up.

When the Budgies are sitting quietly (which is hardly ever!) they occasionally do the "squeaky wheel". A little tiny soft noise for only about one second, that sounds like a small wheel that needs oil. I've only had the budgies for about a year and a half, and had never kept Budgies before this, but I'm assuming it's probably a natural noise that all of them make? It sounds very cute.
