Sweety(jenday) does this odd sort of dance, and I have yet to figure out what it means. He starts out with extending his head forword, like reaching down, and then jerks back making this ''caw'' noise, then sways back and forth, jerking his head,(like sit up-reach down, sit up reach down, then side-to side)and rythmicly doing this ''caw'' noise. He seems to really be happy when he does it.Its not the agressive sway or anything, and he's not 'puffy'.It usually is when i come to the cage, and then after he 'dances' for me,he will go play with his toys.

What is he doing? Is this play or 'courting' behaviour or what??

LoL I think he is trying to dance !!!! :orange:
You mentioned that he is happy and does not puff up.
Keep saying to Sweety dance dance, eventually when you say dance dance he will dance for you.
My AG Mishka started dancing (I thought is was dancing) encouraged her, now she dances all the time.
As long as he seems happy I would not be concerned, perhaps he is expressing himself.
Take care
