Sun conure "Rocky"
I have my little boy rocky who has been sneezing lately
His nostrils are all red but he's eating fine and there is no difference in personality he is still very active and not fluffed up.

I thought that possibly it could be from him bathing himself and getting water in his nose but I'm not sure just worrys me that his nostrils are red.

Should I take him to the vet or just observe?

Thanks guys

Hi Beamesg! I'm sorry to hear about Rocky. I would personally take him to the vet just in case. You probably don't want it to escalate to him getting to the fluffed up stage, you know? At that point it may be a teeter totter moment, and it's too risky. Just my two cents!

I would monitor him, checking on him regularly through out the day.
should his behaviour change in any way I would take him to the vets.

if he stops sneezing, it could be nothing more than him clearing his nares.

If in doubt, you can call an avian vet and see if they will give you any advice over the phone?
