I have recently taken in a neglected quaker who is banded(closed). Does any one know of a good site to trace it. I have been to the aacc site and am still awaitng a reply. In case you have a way to check, her band reads 261 aac 02 M.
Thanx everyone, jaymaj.
P.S. we don't know if its a girl or not but we named her Emmy so we hope.

Hi and welcome! Thank you for adopting this little quaker. Your band has the aac whish is probably the aviary. 02 is the yr the bird hatched and M could stand for Male, March, or May.
There is a yahoo group you can join and then post on. Google bird bands/yahoo group.
Hope this helps.
