Maroon-Bellied Conure
Okay, so as many of you know, Conures like to dip their food in their water, but not only do they do that, they bathe in it too. This leads me to my question, Should I get kiwi (maroon-bellied) a bird bath??? I was thinking of getting him a big (but somewhat shallow) Metal food bowl, and let him use it for a bath...

I've also seen these only conure size:

I just use a bowl from my kitchen but mostly I put my bird in the shower with me on a perch. This is the only way they can get a good soaking.

Levi goes under the tap, with the faucet thingy on spray...
Freddie goes to the shower, and I use a spray bottle...the one that you can pump, and just press a lever to get continous spray.

Instead of spending so much on a bath ( btw I loved the picture) why not buy a cheap silver dog bowl. So easy to remove and to clean.
Mishka loves showering, me using the shower nozzle, spraying her.
When I place her in the bath, she runs towards the nozzle, spreading her wings waiting for the spraying to begin.

Jade likes shallow "pools" in the vanity sink with a little trickle of water out of the tap. Since RFMs live in cliffs and caves in Bolivia, this is most like nature for her.

Max loves showers. He sits on his perch with his wings out, tail fanned and head back just letting the water rain down - but he doesn't like to be in a pool of water.

Honestly, I'd get a dog bowl or inexpensive ceramic one from the store. It just needs to be big enough for your bird to be comfortable in.
