Except for a few bad list foods, if you eat it, they eat it. Ours love chicken-before you say it, you eat beef- eggs. Remember, never chocolate, avacado. Search on the deadly foods.

Mine loves corn! But you should give them to much because its a high energy food. He also likes carrots and passion fruit seeds, grapes, pumpkin, sweet potato, peas and fish :) that's all I've tried my conure on but its all safe. Just no fruit seeds, caffeine, alcohol, avocado, chocolate, onion and garlic and I read somewhere salt is bad for them? I could be wrong though lol

Mine love pasta, fruit (especially apples and grapes so I buy those organic), bread, toast, crackers, almonds (I slice these up for tiny training treats and give a whole one as a "jackpot" treat) air popped pop corn with no butter or salt, Flick's favorite treat is anything you are drinking! Oh, and peppers! My birds have a base diet of sprouts and veggies, so they go especially crazy for seeds so miillit is a special treat here. I have a couple of birds who will do anything for the banana shaped zupreem pellets as long as that isn't thier main diet, and Mel likes ANY pellet as a treat. I avoid peanuts so when they get one they LOVE it, and dry sunflower seeds since they are not in the base diet either, some like anything that they can hold in a foot to munch. Avoid anything that is bad for you; salt, sugar, oils, food colorings, and of course all the toxic foods and avoid dairy.

Kiwiberry LOVES sunflower seeds, but I'm gonna take a break with those now so she doesn't fatten up too much, it's impossible to train her when she knows I have sunflower seeds.

Other than that, she really likes carrots and grapes, sometimes she'll eat apples too :)
Oh and kale, although I'm not sure she's gotten the hang of how to actually eat it yet.

The salt thing, if it is a bit unhealthy for you, it is really unhealthy for your baby! My baby loves, loves Ritz crackers! I only give her the smallest of a piece. I cringe at the way she is so careful not to drop a single crumb!

My GCC Chewy LOVES fruit in any shape or colour... but like all toddlers (he's 10 weeks old) won't touch his veggies! haha! Totally not interested... will have to keep trying till I find something he likes.

Mine would taste everything (and bite my finger if he doesn't like it, LOL), but his opium is the sunflower seeds - he only gets them as treats a few times a day. :)

I have 2 conures. One is a Sun named Mango who is my little gymnast and he is two years old. Kiwi, a mischievous little Green Cheek is one and a half.
Mine gcc and sun LOVE corn chips! It has become their training treat and that has been somewhat of an interesting thing, because if we finish their training session they will scream at me until I put them back on their T-stand and do a little more training for more treats. This was an issue for a while as they would fly to their T-stand hoping for a treat of corn chips and scream if I didn't give it to them but we finally overcame that.

They also love sunflower seeds, raisins, apples, cooked rice and peanut that aren't shelled. They are actually not big peanut fans but they make a big deal of ripping off the shell in the most precise way. ;-)

My GCC loves those shredded mimiwheat cereals, I just buy the kind with no flavoring and hand it to my bird, he will hold it in his foot and take the little shreds off to eat them, he seams to love them and I like it because it is all natural shredded wheat with nothing else added (provided you buy the plain flavor, not the kind with frosting) hope this helps !
