I've only ever weaned one bird before and that was over 20yrs ago. Chunkys sibling has point blank refused any formula for two days now. He has swapped straight onto seed, Apple and grape. There's been no gradual reduction in baby food at all. I am a bit worried he isn't getting all the correct nutrition he needs at 11weeks old. He also had some toast this morning.
Any advice appreciated.

Offer him oatmeal.

Thanks for replying. I tried that this morning but no luck. It seems every time I approach him with the teaspoon he flies away until I put it down.
He's a naughty little boy. I briefly left the room earlier to go to the bathroom. When I came back he was drinking my coffee!

You know, I think he's just decided he's a big boy now. I have had great success this afternoon. Both babies have tucked into broccoli and cauliflour along with the seed mix Apple and grape. Maybe I just stop it if he doesn't want it.
