"Shivering" movements?

Jackie seems to do this thing where it looks like shes shivering but only for a secodn or two.. and sometimes she will hang on the cage by only her beak (her feet are tucked up close to the body) and she like half flutters her wings.. It looks like shes shivering lol I know shes not cold. (dad keeps the AC set for 80 and shes setting infront of two windows) Is this a good thing or a bad thing? It usually seems like shes doing it when she wants my attention.. which im in the process of breakign the spoiled conure syndrome....
