I have to share cuz it's adorable!! every morning about 8 I get up take my bird out in my pool cage on a stand to flight train and enjoy outside time and cuddle ๐Ÿ˜ before I train her or anything I have to get in some cuddle time of coarse ๐Ÿ˜‚ and after she's done and I'm done she's been preening my hand and finger nails ๐Ÿ˜‹I guess in return ...since its natural I let her have fun...she doesn't hurt but occasionally she'll hurt me and I'll just say ow very calmly to let her know ..I think she under stands cuz she'll stop and go to another part and preen ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
I just thought I would share ----:rainbow1:-cheers

That is so sweet... every morning JellyBean sits on my head as I go upstairs to get dressed. As soon as I open the closet, he immediately comes down on my forehead to get onto my finger... Then, he puts his beak on my cheek and that is the signal for cuddles! As soon as I stop, beak goes back on my cheek! He has figured out that I spend a whole bunch of time staring into the closet wondering what to wear - so he gets a lot of morning cuddles... perfect way to start the day!

Awww... how sweet! Preening is a very good sign you've won over your bird completely. It's one way they can show their love for you:) Our amazon likes to preen my hair, and it's just so sweet.
