Help! grumpy cinure

The last two weeks my conure has been really grumpy. She doesn't want to come to me or perch and always wanting to bite me. I only get a few kisses. When I do get her to come to me she goes right to my shoulder and bites if I try to try to get her to perch on hand or just off shoulder. Her bite is more nipping than The only difference is I placed pellets in her cage w seeds am and night. I'm trying to get her off seeds. Any advice why she is so grouchy? And how to stop her biting and start perching again?

First, get her off your shoulder, don't allow her up there and if she protests - oh well. Set boundaries, no shoulders. Second, how old is she, is she molting, or possibly hormonal?

I've had her about 5 weeks. They said she was about yr half. She was plucking. Hasn't for two weeks but her chest all green feathers are gone only gray left. She was so sweet. Now she acts very hormonal!! She likes to cuddle on my neck when we watch tv and will rub against it, kiss and preen my hair. But now she does it on her terms. So I don't allow her much if she won't listen she goes back in cage. I hate to start at beginning w training😖. She isn't talking yet(hopefully soon), she goes in and out of cage, rings bell and kisses when asked. She just won't come to me unless it's her term
