These 2 days my sun conure refused to sleep in a aquarium box that he always sleep since I bring him home.

I notice he like pillow on living room sofa. He only wanna sleep there. And I cannot let him sleep becuase there will be his poop everywhere on the sofa.

I really got no idea. :(

Best to start him sleeping in cage early, he may be scared or unhappy, but cage is more appropriate than aquarium box, even for young bird.

Make sure cage is clean, has no dangerous parts (nothing sharp, no unsafe toys), and place bird in nightly.

Cover with cloth, darkness will keep bird calm. Get bird used to sleeping in cage, earlier the better.

Sorry for being late to update. I got flu and need to stay in hospital for 3 days.
He is fine right now.

He slept in his playground for temporary. I will try to looking for Cage tomorrow.

Suns like cuddle huts. They like to 'hideaway' at night to sleep.

Suns are also good at potty-training - especially if you start young. Skittles won't poop on me or on the pillows on my bed. He actually 'holds it' until he gets to a place he knows is okay to poop.

I move him to cage today with cuddle hut attached. But 3 hours nonstop, he try to find the way out.
I cannot stand watching him like this.
Finally I get him out of cage. Any idea about this?

My sunnie won't stay in the cuddle hut if it's hanging in the cage. I actually have his sitting at the bottom of his cage and have it attached to the side so it stays 'open' for him to go in.

If this is a new cage, which I assume it is - it's gonna take him a while to take to it.
