Well my Peaches my pineapple green cheek conure is just now 6 months old, and this morning when I took her and Slugger out of their cage for trick training, she did this thing with her beak wide open and bobbing up and down and shoulder action, I didn't know what was wrong with her, at first I thought she was having a siezure, but after much research, I was releaved to know she was regurgitating for the first time. What a relief. That put me in panic mode.

Yes, like wise. I love her too. I'm glad it wasn't anything else, because when I first seen her doing it, I hit all major panic buttons.

Skittles will eat his vomit after he regurgitates it. I can't watch him do that cause it makes me nauseous.

Aw, my hubby can't watch it either, but I have a tough tummy. Our nearest Avian vet is 3 hours away, so were glad she didn't have an emergancy.

Wow, I wouldn't know what to do there. Fortunately, my vet is only an hour away. But in an emergency I'd have to take a cab - $200 round trip so I try to avoid those as much as possible. There is a local ER vet clinic but they don't usually see birds. I have a friend who takes me once a year for their annual.

I have a pretty tough stomach too, but not when it comes to that!

We live in a secluded mountain, we call it our paradise. We have to drive to go even to the grocery store, but we love it.

Winters here are tough, we get around 40 inches of snow, but stock up on food, medication, firewood, so don't have to go out if we don't need to.

They can shake hands, play dead, turn around so far, and say I love you, although not on que

40inches? Wow. You must be at a high elevation. I'm in south-central Maine and we get a lot of snow as well.

I'm a autumn guy, myself. I don't like spring - it's my least favorite. It's rainy, dreary and the hardest time of year for my moods. Not to mention the pollen. I love autumn. The colors (here in Maine it's beautiful to see), the smell in the air and the temps are perfect. Not too hot, not too cold.

Our summers are hot and humid and rarely do you get the summer heat here without the humidity.

I like the cold, so I like winter (I do NOT like ice!).
