My conures flock has grown. Several months ago a friend approached me about adopting two gccs due to a move. I told her I could take them as fosters until they found the right place, so she wouldn't feel rushed. However, certain changes to my own flock such as finding permenant homes for all the fosters I had, the death of Phoenix, Battle going to be a service animal for another family, etc, I have decided to adopt the two little sweeties permenantly!
Sky, a turquoise GCC who was not hand raised, and Toast, a cinnamon GCC who was, have joined the flock. They have already been through 2.5 weeks of quarantine and are thriving. They don't even seem phased. They were so so so so loved in their last home, and this is breaking the hearts of the previous owners. They are both flighted and fearless, great little guys. I love the, already!
