If only Charlies full on air raid siren of a call was as cute as he is he would be the easiest bird to care for in the world.
He has actually damaged my hearing permanently I was so pleased to find out a while ago.
He was a very traumatised rescue bird that spent 24/7 on my shoulder for months whilst I tried to desensitise and socialise him into a normal family life as a bird and part of our flock not an inmate shut away in a tiny cage in a dark bedroom alone as at his last keepers. He must have been so isolated for such a big time flock bird in the wild poor chap.
