Hello everyone!
Ive been a new mommy to Pixie ( 3month old hand fed YSGCC) for a month now and ive just noticed her sleeping area. When I put her to bed at 10, shes on her highest rope perch but since I've gotten her nails clipped on Friday, I hear her fall during the night so I investigated a bit more. This picture shows where and how she ACTUALLY sleeps! I usually cover the front of the cage so I dont bother her if I go to sleep later or get up during the night. She also has a night light to find her way up should something happen (happy I did!).
Now I removed the chew toy that was next to her and yet she goes back to the same spot. I've read about the huts but so many accidents seem to happen I dont really trust it.
Any suggestions to change this habit?
