Liang Zai "pretty boy" in Mandarin Chinese.
3-year-old Jenday supervisor!

Jenday gets too cold? Green droppings slightly watery
Liang Zai "Lee-ong zeye" (means, "Pretty Boy" in Mandarin Chinese) was donated to us last May. (We changed his name and he "answers" to his new name!)
His cage and a canary cage are in an upstairs loft area next to a large south-facing window. The round-top cages almost touch. Each has a thick hand towel on top.
At night, he sleeps in a cylindrical soft cloth pouch open at both ends.
A cardboard stiffener inside the cloth makes a 2-inch wide flat floor of the cylinder.
In the evening, Liang Zai would go into his pouch where he seemed to be cozy.
We close his cage door and let down the soft blanket always on top of the cages.
Lately, Liang Zai likes to get into the \/-shaped area between the two cages under the blanket.
He grasps his towel and rests at about 45 degrees, (head up) with the blanket against him.
He seems very cozy there and can easily move around under the lightweight blanket and come out.
Our house now gets cold at night. (We sleep on a heating blanket.)
Does the clear wateriness in his dropping indicate he is getting too cold?
It is as though the white normally in the droppings is now clear.
His diet has not changed.
Should I provide a heating pad against his cage or let him sleep where he wants to sleep?
In the daytime, his cage door is always open and he will often perch on the door or on top of his cage edge.
While I am at this computer, he'll fly over 4 feet and perch on my shoulder or fly to my wife and land on her shoulder as she walks by and goes down stairs.
If we are all downstairs in the kitchen, he will ride on my shoulder and I place him on a metal arm of the 3-light lamp above the kitchen table.

He stays there and watches everything as part of his family.
If he gets bored, he'll fly back upstairs to his cage.
Any suggestions?
