Okay so now that my conure can fly and was let out a few times ( flies out by itself when door is open) it will constantly scream and shout till the door is open, is there any way to get it to stop? It wouldn't be a problem if it just went out and went on top of it's cage but it just flies everywhere and goes to the curtains.

Wellllllllll... opening the door only rewards the screams. Wait until he's quiet, THEN open. Hard to do, I know!
The whole issue of wing-clipping is controversial. I don't clip, and consequently, my little bird terrorizes the whole house (under close supervision, of course!). I'm glad you found us. The SEARCH tab is a great tool, by the way. :)

I see, but how do you get it back in the cage and does it let you handle it when it's out? My conure will sit on the finger inside the cage but it's goal is to just fly out lol and once it is out then it won't come back to the cage, only when it's had enough of flying about, today however tho I was sitting down with a plate of food and it came and sat down on the side of the plate then went back.
